Introduction: 

As the author of 10 books and more than 300 articles, I am frequently asked to contribute articles and book chapters to various websites and books.  Due to my busy consulting, coaching and speaking schedule, I usually turn down most of these requests.

When Chip Tarver’s email arrived, I thought it would be another such request I would have to turn down.  However, when I read through the unique concept behind First Contact Secrets, I became excited.
